Attorney Hanna Schellberg specializes in media, press, and copyright law, as well as labor law. She represents individuals and companies in media and press law matters, such as taking action against unauthorized reporting or defamatory statements. In the area of copyright law, Attorney Schellberg provides both in-court and out-of-court support, both in enforcing copyrights and related rights and in defending against unjustified claims (cease-and-desist letters).  

Warnings also fall within her area of practice in employment law. In this area, Attorney Schellberg advises both employees and employers on drafting employment contracts, issues related to working hours, overtime, vacation, and data protection, as well as all other matters relevant to the workplace. This naturally includes representation in proceedings related to protection against wrongful termination and other cases before the labor courts.
