Attorney Pia Rennings advises and represents her clients primarily in the areas of labor law and copyright law. She advises both employees and employers on all matters related to employment relationships—from drafting and reviewing employment contracts to regulations regarding working hours, overtime, vacation, and data protection, all the way through to the termination of employment. Of course, she also represents her clients in unfair dismissal proceedings and other cases before the labor courts. She also supports her clients outside of court, for example, in cases involving written warnings or when negotiating mutual termination agreements, to find pragmatic and fair solutions.

In the field of copyright law, Attorney Rennings assists creative professionals, businesses, and individuals in protecting their works and content. She is deeply committed to safeguarding her clients’ copyrights and related rights and to consistently pursuing legal action against infringements—both through out-of-court settlements and in court proceedings, as needed. She is equally determined to defend her clients against unjustified allegations or claims, such as in the context of cease-and-desist letters regarding alleged copyright infringements. In addition, Attorney Rennings assists her clients in media and press law matters, for example, when taking action against unauthorized reporting or defamatory statements.
