If a competitor warns a competing company that its conduct is unlawful under competition law in several respects, the legal fees incurred for this must be reimbursed in full. This also applies if only one aspect subsequently proves to be unfair. An object value of € 5,000.00 set in such a matter is also not objectionable(BGH, decision of 21.11.2018 – I ZR 51/18).
