The new Interstate Media Treaty has been in force since November 7, 2020. This is accompanied by a small change to the information obligations in the legal notice. Anyone who still has a ” Responsible within the meaning of § 55 para. 2 RStV ” should therefore act promptly. The correct wording is now ” Responsible in the sense of § 18 Abs. 2 MStV “.
